To feel your best during the session, avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking strong coffee or tea beforehand.

What to Bring and Wear:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a warm layer to wear afterward. Don’t forget a blanket for added comfort during the session.

Make sure to bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated throughout.

Most importantly, arrive with an open mind and a positive heart.
