Satori's Qi Flow - weekly

Inspired and adapted movements from Qigõng and Taijí (Tai Chi), Satori's Qi Flow is a movement meditation class. Designed to: rebalanced our energy flow, massage our internal organs, strengthen our body and calm our mind.

A pay-as-you-go wellbeing classes offer unparalleled flexibility without the commitment to a regular class. Appealing for those with unpredictable schedules, limited budgets, or who simply want to explore different wellbeing practices before settling on a specific one.
Our standard PAYG rate is £11 per session.
Our Pay Monthly, helps you to attend regular wellbeing classes, providing you with a dedicated space and time to focus on nurturing your mental, emotional, and physical health. You’ll receive a discount on the standard fees and get priority on information and booking for workshops, events, and retreats.
Pay monthly, automatically takes 10% off your booking fee. Which is already less than February and March's PAYG prices. You can always opt back to PAYG if you need to break up the month.

Satori kindly ask that payments be made by Wednesday morning. This allows us to manage any potential cancellations more effectively. Late cancellations for room hire result in penalty fees, which can significantly impact small businesses and may lead to the permanent cancellation of classes. Instructions:
Preparation Before Class:
Avoid having a heavy breakfast or consuming strong coffee or tea beforehand to feel your best during the session.
What to Wear and Bring:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring something warm to put on afterward. Remember to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the class.
Most importantly, come with an open mind and heart.
Class Guidelines:
You will be discovering the power of Qi and learn how to channel your energy to enhance your health and overall well-being. Together, we will develop a simple, effective routine over the course of a few weeks that we will continue to practice and benefit from long-term.
Focus on enjoying the experience and be kind to your body. Only participate in movements or activities that feel comfortable and right for you—this is your time to connect and feel good.
Location and Building Information:
Parking: it will be busy on Saturday and the car park will fill quickly. Please remember the town car parks near by if you can't park at the Community Centre.
Head towards the garden and enter the building through the INFANTS door. A toilet is located on this floor at the end of the corridor, should you need it.
Once inside, proceed up the stairs to the next floor where we will meet in the LEARNING ROOM (situated next to the Well-being Room). Please arrive around 10 minutes beforehand so you can settle in with ease.
This class will run every week unless otherwise stated.
