Using gentle breathwork and visualisation, Satori's Exhale Flow is a breathing meditation class. Designed to: open the lungs, expel stale air, exercise the diaphragm, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, aid digestion and increase blood flow.

Our standard PAYG rate is £11 per session.
Our Pay Monthly, helps you to attend regular wellbeing classes, providing you with a dedicated space and time to focus on nurturing your mental, emotional, and physical health. Priority bookings to workshops and events.
Pay monthly, automatically takes 10% off your booking fee. You can always opt back to PAYG if you need to break up the month.

Satori kindly ask that payments be made by Thursday morning. This allows us to manage any potential cancellations more effectively. Late cancellations for room hire result in penalty fees, which can significantly impact small businesses and may lead to the permanent cancellation of classes. Instructions:
Before the Class:
To make the most of your experience, try to avoid having a heavy breakfast or consuming strong coffee or tea before the session. This will help you stay comfortable, focused, and fully present during the class.
If you have any health concerns—such as cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, angina, or a history of heart issues—please consult your healthcare provider in advance to ensure the class is safe and appropriate for you.
What to Wear and Bring:
Dress in loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. It's a good idea to bring a warm layer to wear after the session, as your body may cool down.
Make sure to pack a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the class. You'll need a mat and/or cushion and a blanket.
Above all, come with an open mind and heart to make the most of your time!
During the Class:
You will learn very gentle breathwork exercises that can help you focus on better breathing during your daily activities and actively optimising our breathing. Unlike more intense breathwork methods, gentle breathwork focuses on calm, rhythmic patterns that are accessible to people of all experience levels.
Focus on enjoying the moment and listening to your body. Only participate in activities that feel right for you—this class is your opportunity to relax, connect, and feel good at your own pace.
Location and Building Information:
Dance Blast is located behind the Melville Centre and has a small car park available for your convenience. You can access the parking area by entering through the main gate and driving to the right-hand side.
The class will take place in Studio 2, which is the room to your right as you enter through the main door. NB: Toilets are located near the main entrance.
This class will run fortnightly on a Saturday unless otherwise stated.

At this time, we are unable to provide refunds for client cancellations. As a small business, the costs associated with running our classes ensure we can still deliver these classes.
