Three Flow

Qi Flow
Inspired and adapted movements from Qigong and Taijí (Tai Chi). Satori's Qi Flow is our movement meditation class.
Designed to: rebalanced our energy flow, massage our internal organs, strengthen our body and calm our mind.

Exhale Flow
Using gentle breathwork and visualisation, Satori's Exhale Flow is our breathing meditation.
Designed to: Open the lungs, expel stale air exercise the diaphragm, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, aid digestion and increase blood flow.

Slow Flow
Inspired by the energy healing of Reiki with the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. Satori's Slow Flow is our relaxation meditation.
Designed to: Encourage deep relaxation and opens a space for releasing blockages, relieving stress, and accessing your innate healing abilities. The goal is to cultivate inner calm whilst enhancing self-awareness. Relaxing in the space between awake and asleep.
Reflexology & Reiki Treatments

Reflexology
An ancient practice that connects specific reflex points on the body to corresponding organs and systems. By applying targeted pressure to these points, reflexology encourages the body’s natural healing processes, promotes relaxation, and enhances overall well-being.
This holistic approach focuses on balancing energy and removing blockages to support the body’s harmony. It is designed to aid, rather than cure.
Each session typically lasts one hour and can be customised to address specific areas based on your unique needs.
Longer sessions available on request.

Reiki
A soothing, non-invasive energy healing practice designed to promote balance and harmony within the body. Through gentle hand movements, it channels the flow of energy, commonly referred to as 'Ki' or 'Qi,' to support overall well-being. This practice focuses on restoring physical and emotional balance by aligning the body's energy centres, known as chakras.
Each session typically lasts about an hour and can be customized to address specific areas based on your unique needs.
